• Diagnostic & Support Data: If you contact support or submit a refund request, you may voluntarily provide diagnostic logs to help us resolve technical issues.
• Website Analytics: We may collect anonymized traffic data (such as page views, referrers, and browser types) to improve website performance, without identifying individual users.

We retain your license and email data for as long as your license is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Diagnostic logs provided for support or refund purposes are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your issue and are then deleted.
