Upon purchase and successful activation, DeltaOptimizer Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on a single device, for personal, non-commercial purposes, for the duration of your subscription or license term. Your license is bound to a unique hardware identifier (HWID) of the device on which it is first activated.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the software or your license key. You may not share your license key with others, and each key may be activated on only one device at a time. You are solely responsible for keeping your license key confidential.
Device/HWID transfers may be subject to cooldown periods and fair-use limitations to prevent unauthorized sharing.
You agree to use DeltaOptimizer Pro in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
We may, at our discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the software. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with your operating system or hardware. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular version of the software, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
All purchases are one-time payments processed through our secure payment provider (Dodo Payments). License keys are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once a license key has been activated. If you are unable to activate or use the software due to a technical incompatibility with your system, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Refund requests due to technical incompatibility require basic diagnostic logs provided to our support team. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks without prior communication will result in immediate license revocation and blacklisting.
DeltaOptimizer Pro is a standalone system optimization and visual enhancement utility. It is not a cheat, mod, or hack for any specific game, and it does not interact with or modify any game files or game processes.
DeltaOptimizer Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the developers of Delta Force or any anti-cheat providers. You acknowledge and agree that the use of third-party system optimization tools is at your own risk. We shall not be held liable for any in-game bans, account suspensions, or penalties enforced by third-party game publishers.
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware and software configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall DeltaOptimizer Pro or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license, without notice and at our sole discretion, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately, and you must delete all copies of the software from your devices.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DeltaOptimizer Pro, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
